Our Philosophy

Purposeful baking | Conscious living. 

​Pare was born out of a desire to present interesting experiences in its most simple and naked form to discerning palates. That means no fancy, redundant packaging, no additives and preservatives, and definitely no artificial flavourings. All our bakes are handcrafted from scratch with the best ingredients nature has to offer, bringing an adventure to every bite.

From time to time I’d crave a very simple and basic cookie. Toasty, creamy, sometimes with a sudden bite of chocolate surprise. One with the lovely notes of sweet vanilla, browned butter, and depth of flavour, without having to feel the cloying
Korean premium strawberries, yuzu jelly, tahitian vanilla, fresh cream.
Tested a few desserts over the weekend, but it’s a long journey ahead to making it the perfect bite 🫢.

Dark chocolate cake, in the nude. No buttercream, fresh cream, or anything else to distract from the rich chocolate decadence. Just 100% dark chocolate ganache, with a soft chocolate sponge. Not for the faint hearted. Custom options of peanut butte
Ruby pineapple tarts - made with fresh pineapple, pink guava, and hints of raspberries. Enriched with clover honey, this little pastry makes for a fruitier pineapple tart that packs a punch in every bite. Sometimes I wonder why I put myself through
First you get hit by the nice crunchy and buttery flavours, before ending off with a creaminess from hokkaido milk and the slightest nuttiness from a light pinch of pistachios.
The Matcha Latte Cornflake Crunch is crunchy and milky, finished off with a distinct matcha fragrance and a touch of creaminess from the white chocolate.

Our flourless dark chocolate cake is luscious, soft, and eats like a ganache. Topped with black sesame doenjang creme chantilly for a touch of umami earthiness.
